Short Biography

Doğa Gürgünoğlu received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from Bilkent University, Turkey in 2019 and 2021, respectively. He was with the Communications and Information Technologies division at Aselsan Inc., Ankara, Turkey, between 2019 and 2021. He is currently working towards his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology Division of Decision and Control Systems, Stockholm, Sweden. His research interests are in the areas of wireless communications, detection and estimation theory, and stochastic control.
